Average response time is 24 hours

Our customer service is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Our delivery time to the customer is 1-14 business days. Most products are delivered in less than a week.

Currently, invoicing is not a payment option for private customers. Acceptable payment methods are specified in the delivery terms and conditions, among other things.

If something unfortunate happened and payment and order completion failed, please contact our customer service. Or place a new order.

If your order has not arrived within a maximum of 14 days of ordering, please contact our customer service. We will notify the customer immediately if we are aware that delivery will be delayed beyond the maximum stated time. This is possible, for example, in situations where the product you ordered is out of stock at the pharmaceutical wholesalers, manufacturers or importers from whom we order the products for our warehouse.

Buying and ordering products from the Suomenapteiki online store is completely safe. Payment and orders are processed using an encrypted connection. In addition, our selection only includes products that have been proven safe.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order after it has been placed. Please contact our customer service if you would like to change your order and we will see how it is possible.

The actual payment for purchases takes place in an SSL-encrypted system either through banks or credit unions. Suomenapteekki.fi does not have access to the customer's account or card numbers, only the payer's name and an optional text field are transmitted to us.

Suomenapteek's Payment Service Provider is Paytrail Oyj.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Online banks

The payment intermediary service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's perspective, the service works just like traditional online payments.

Shipping methods and shipping prices

We will send the customer an order confirmation by email regarding the ordered products. We only deliver products to Finland. Depending on the chosen delivery method, we will pack the shipments either in a cardboard package or in a letter. The customer will receive a receipt for the order in their email.

- Fast delivery 1-14 business days depending on the stock status of the ordered product. We will notify the customer by email of any possible delay in delivery.
- Orders are delivered either as a postal package or as a letter. The customer must collect the postal item from the nearest post office themselves.

Delivery time

The delivery time is 1-14 business days , depending on the ordered product, quantity and time of order.

Suomenapteekki.fi is not responsible for orders being delayed due to reasons beyond our control, such as slow postal delivery and mail sorting.

Customer returns

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to return an unused and unopened product. Products may be returned in resaleable condition within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer must pay the costs incurred in returning the product.

Opened sealed packages are not fit for sale and cannot be returned. The product can be tried on, but not used. If the returned product has been used, Suomenapteek has the right to deduct the product's depreciation from the amount returned to the consumer.

Purchase

All prices include the current VAT rate of 14% or 25.5%.

Registration

The user creates a domain name by filling out the registration form and choosing a username and password. This way, the user registers as a user of the Finnish pharmacy-fi service.
Registration for the service is free of charge. The service provider may refuse registration if it wishes.

Marketing

Suomenapteekki sends promotional letters and customer information by email or post, as long as the customer has accepted the receipt of the marketing letter.
